The Solutions Engineering team plays a crucial role in managing relationships with TikTok's advertising clients. We are seeking engineers with an entrepreneurial mindset who can creatively solve problems and develop strategic technology solutions to help our marketing and advertising partners thrive.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with various business verticals, enabling the implementation of new features, products, and business opportunities. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams, including R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management, to leverage TikTok's platforms and community in addressing real-world business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with TikTok's product engineering teams to build new products and enhance existing ones based on business needs.
- Utilize TikTok's innovative products and technology to identify and maximize commercial prospects with advertising clients.
- Work closely with the customer success team to identify business opportunities and support them in achieving their goals.
- Design and build end-to-end systems, launch production-level code, and ensure long-term maintainability and scalability, supported by documentation and test plans.
- Identify and align with stakeholders to successfully complete projects.
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data to inform decision-making by presenting business value and impact.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in programming, technical solution backend design, and delivery
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to present technical subjects to diverse audiences
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
