Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer, you will partner with the Account Executive to drive revenue through technical ownership of opportunity pursuits across the sales cycle. Your mission is to leverage a combination of business and technical skills to present and demonstrate our solutions to a diverse audience while building strong relationships. You will proactively support end-to-end sales activities, analyze customer business requirements, articulate strategic solutions, and drive end-user adoption through various initiatives.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Full-time, with occasional travel required

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales activities and craft compelling value propositions.
• Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for UiPath solutions.
• Deliver presentations that articulate how UiPath can meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Customer Delivery and Professional Services teams to implement solutions.
• Engage in marketing initiatives through events, webinars, and content creation.
• Stay updated on technology trends and industry changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience with UiPath or other automation platforms is a plus.
