Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic IT Planning & Leadership

    • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades to enhance efficiency and security.
    • Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
  2. Team Management & Development

    • Supervise IT staff, including network engineers, system administrators, and support teams.
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and foster professional growth.
    • Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, training, and workload distribution.
  3. Infrastructure & Network Management

    • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of network and server infrastructure.
    • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud and on-premises systems.
    • Manage data storage, backup solutions, and disaster recovery protocols.
  4. Cybersecurity & Compliance

    • Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect against threats (malware, ransomware, breaches).
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and data privacy laws.
    • Lead incident response efforts, mitigating risks and improving security postures.
  5. Systems & Software Management

    • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software systems.
    • Manage software licensing, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize operations.
  6. IT Support & User Training

    • Resolve escalated technical issues and ensure efficient help desk operations.
    • Conduct training sessions for employees on IT best practices and security awareness.
  7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers.
    • Oversee procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.
    • Communicate IT initiatives and updates to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  8. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

    • Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
    • Identify IT risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  9. Performance Optimization & Reporting

    • Continuously assess and improve IT processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Generate reports on IT performance, budgets, and project statuses for leadership.
  10. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to support IT needs.
    • Collaborate with external partners, including financial system developers, for integrated solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years in IT management, with expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and team leadership.
  • Certifications: CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in network/server management (Windows/Linux, Azure/AWS).
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
    • Experience with ERP, CRM, and cloud-based systems.
