About the Job
As a Senior IT/OT Cyber Risk & Compliance Engineer at VINCI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cybersecurity posture of our organization. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, refining, and maintaining existing cybersecurity policies to ensure alignment with national and international regulatory standards. You will develop and enhance additional operational technology (OT) cybersecurity procedures and documentation as necessary to meet compliance requirements.

Your contributions will include implementing and maintaining the Information Security Management System, conducting thorough internal and external cybersecurity audits to assess and ensure compliance, and analyzing internal security incidents to provide actionable recommendations for corrective measures. You will also be responsible for delivering comprehensive security training and awareness programs to employees, thereby strengthening organizational resilience.

Effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels will be essential, as you will need to articulate cybersecurity risks, issues, and recommendations clearly.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cyber Risk & Compliance within an IT/OT environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications

  • Possession of one or more of the following cybersecurity certifications is mandatory and will significantly enhance your candidacy:
    • CISSP
    • CISM
    • IEC62443 Fundamental
    • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
