Role: Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) mechanisms using Informatica Big Data Management 10.2.X and various Push down modes using Spark, Blaze, and Hive execution engines.
• Manage dynamic mapping use cases and oversee the development and deployment mechanisms using Informatica Big Data Management 10.2.X.
• Transform and load various complex data source types, including unstructured data sources and NoSQL data sources.
• Leverage knowledge of Hive Database, including Hive DDL, partitioning, and Hive Query Language.
• Maintain a good understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark, Hive).
• Exhibit strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL and work with Oracle, Sybase, and SQL databases.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Data Lake and Dimensional Data Modeling implementation.
• Understand requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents, Design Documents, and Mapping Specifications.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Informatica BDM 10.2.
• Proven experience with Hadoop Big Data, HIVE, and PowerCenter.
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery is a plus.
