Pega KYC CLM - Architect

Virtusa is seeking a Pega KYC CLM - Architect to join our team. Role:

• Position: Senior System Architect/Lead System Architect
• Key Skills: Pega Prpc, KYC CLM Framework, Banking Domain

Responsibilities:

• Act as a CLM/KYC Subject Matter Expert for the bank from the Pega platform perspective.
• Design and implement business processes using the Pega platform specifically for the financial sector.
• Develop integration services of PRPC including APIs and JSON to support application integration.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance their productivity and effectiveness through shared knowledge.

Technical Skills Required:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pega, with relevant certifications (Pega Certified Product Engineer, Pega Lead Product Engineer, CSSA Certification preferred).
• Experience with large, complex code bases, design techniques, and system architecture.
• Required experience in Pega KYC/CLM version 8.X.
• Familiarity with software development in Java/JavaScript, microservices, and Big Data architecture.

Functional Skills:

• Experience in the banking, financial, and fintech sectors in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of coding standards, security practices, and Agile methodology.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to senior management.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
