Pega KYC/CLM - Architect

About the job: We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect specializing in Pega KYC/CLM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Pega platform, particularly with the KYC and CLM frameworks, and will be proficient in JSON and API integrations. This full-time position is hybrid and based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement business processes on the Pega platform for the financial sector.
• Work with large and complex codebases, applying advanced design techniques.
• Design system integrations using PRPC and implement Declarative Processing features.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation.
• Evaluate and benchmark technologies to maintain competitive advantage in application architecture.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Pega development.
• Certification as a Pega Product Engineer or Pega Lead Product Engineer (LSA/CSSA) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in system design and implementation within the financial services sector.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Pega KYC/CLM 8.X.
• Solid understanding of Client Server applications, Digital applications, and relevant Business Functions.
• Knowledge of API, JSON, and software development, specifically in Java/JavaScript.
• Familiar with microservices and Big Data architecture is beneficial.

Functional Skills:

• Experience within Banking, Financial services, or Fintech environments is preferred.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and ensuring quality in technical architecture and system design.
