Role: Siebel CRM Developer

Work Location: Doha, Qatar

Experience: 5+ years

Education Requirements:

  • Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration, deployment, and optimization of Siebel CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with Siebel IP17, IP19.x, and performance tuning.
  • Working knowledge of Siebel Enterprise Architecture and Best Practices.
  • Configuring Inbound and Outbound web services, JMS configuration, and REST APIs.
  • Managing server tasks and Siebel Marketing Campaigns.
  • Utilizing Java for functional support within banking operations, specifically in campaign management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in OSLinux and Windows environments.
  • Expertise in workflow and eScript.
  • Hands-on with Siebel configuration: UI, BO, and Data object layers.
  • Experience with Assignment Manager criteria and workload distribution.
  • Familiarity with Siebel Lead Management and Service Request modules.

Functional Skills:

  • Banking knowledge, particularly related to campaign management.
  • Experience in retail and corporate domains.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong ability to influence technical teams and improve productivity.
  • Self-motivator with the capacity to lead initiatives independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills suitable for presenting ideas to Senior and Executive management.
