Job Description
Visa is seeking an experienced payment professional to join the CEMEA Visa Government Solutions team as a Sales Director for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain cluster. This role will have the following responsibilities:
- Expand and deepen our public sector sales strategy and delivery in the region
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key public sector stakeholders
- Identify and engage potential partners to strengthen government solution propositions
- Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to increase sales volume and market share
- Identify local use cases and requirements for solution team incorporation into proposition roadmaps
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on government outreach strategy
- Provide ongoing support for RFP development and oversee program performance
- Review market landscape and recommend new approaches to growing the Visa business
- Identify and solve complex problems impacting Government sales management
Qualifications
A broad network in the public administration space for KSA, Oman, and Bahrain. Robust understanding of public sector sales and operations. Experience in business development and consultative sales. Financial acumen and outcome-oriented with negotiation skills. Previous experience in managing public sector teams or lobbying. Strong communication and presentation skills. Impeccable written and oral communication. Specialist public sector payments infrastructure expertise is a plus.
