  • CRM Optimization: Use insights gleaned from data analysis to refine communications within CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Website Personalization: Enhance customer journeys on the website platform (Sitecore) by utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Data Visualization: Develop dashboards and visualizations that provide accessible insights for clients and partner agencies.
  • Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest data science methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices.

  • Expertise in tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), and website platforms (e.g., Sitecore) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in developing dashboards and visualizations, preferably with Power BI.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
