We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on providing technical support to our office, managing user accounts within Intra ID, administering Microsoft Intune, and handling tickets in Jira Service Management. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-centric approach to IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office IT Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for office infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Ensure seamless connectivity for office network systems, including Wi-Fi and VPN. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- User Account Management: Create, manage, and maintain user accounts within Azure Intra ID. Perform periodic reviews of account activity and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Microsoft Intune Administration: Configure, deploy, and manage devices through Microsoft Intune to ensure compliance and security. Troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and updates. Optimize Intune policies for efficient device management.
- Ticket Management: Monitor, prioritize, and resolve tickets in Jira Service Management according to SLAs. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or vendors as required. Provide timely updates and ensure clear communication with end-users.
- General IT Operations: Participate in the maintenance and improvement of IT processes and systems. Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees, including IT equipment setup and recovery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related needs and challenges. Maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and solutions.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes align with company security policies and best practices. Monitor and report any security risks or vulnerabilities. Support compliance efforts related to IT operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT operations, technical support, or a similar role.
- Experience with cloud-based tools and environments (e.g., Office 365, Azure).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Intune, device management, and user account administration.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management or other ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with modern software development and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a bonus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with security tools and practices for endpoint management.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
