About the Role
The company is seeking an Account Executive for Hair Brands to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. This role entails maintaining strong relationships with salons and beauty clients to maximize sales opportunities and drive growth in the haircare product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with salons and beauty clients to maximize sales opportunities
• Execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets for haircare product lines
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiatives
• Provide excellent after-sales service and promptly address client inquiries
• Manage and grow existing salon accounts while acquiring new customers
• Promote and sell the company's hair care product portfolio
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent account support
• Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer accounts
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth

Key Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in haircare, beauty, or FMCG industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Valid driving license
