Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous business relationships with clients/restaurants.
• Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients/shops and the company.
• Ensure that the menus of the clients are up to date at all times.
• Optimize the restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time).
• Build new commercial relationships by renegotiating offers with existing contacts.
• Acquire and maintain pictures from brand menus, branding stickers at shops, banners, and newsletters for advertisement sales.
• Generate food coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing shops.
• Convince clients/restaurants to promote branding.
• Optimize transmission methods by convincing clients/shops to implement order tracking features and changing the transmission method to WLA.
• Encourage shops to go for digitalization (Backlinks, Splash pages, White-label, Facebook button).
• Promote subscription to the online payment gateway.
• Coordinate with shops to ensure they are live or active on the website, checking and resolving any issues like shutting down or stopping delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, closed sales, follow-up activities, sales expense reports, presentations, and daily signed contract reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in FMCG, E-commerce, and retail companies is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and curate solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
