The Asset Management Client Reporting team delivers centralized reporting services across the division. You will support the reporting life cycle for institutional, fund, alternative, and retail businesses while learning how strong data quality, controls, and automation support client outcomes. The role offers exposure to global partners across Sales, Client Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, timely client reports and fund materials.
- Validate data quality and maintain a controlled reporting environment.
- Manage channel and product specific fund or client materials.
- Identify control enhancements, efficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Technology, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Execute independent projects that improve scalability and client experience.
- Communicate issues, risks, requirements, and outcomes clearly.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / undergraduate degree.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and logical skills.
- High attention to detail and financial risk awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
- Forward-thinking approach with ability to develop ideas and influence decisions.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and accountable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Asset Management or financial services knowledge; client reporting experience preferred.
- Experience with vendor tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, NPrinting, Seismic, or SmartDX is helpful.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence tools and their use in operational workflows.
- Ability to perform data analysis, data mapping, report templating, and user acceptance testing.
- Interest in process re-engineering and end-to-end automation.
