Associate Manager - Graphic Design

The Associate Manager - Graphic Design is responsible for designing and specifying design parameters to assist in the website's enhancement and maintenance. The role holder is also responsible for managing Graphic Designers and supporting online graphic design, flash animation, usage of HTML, and online creative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and produce promotional materials to provide the department with necessary visual communications requirements for materials they need to produce.
• Develop graphic design in order to integrate it onto the various advertising mediums.
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetics.
• Supervise all advertising and digital campaigns and stay updated on competitor developments.
• Provide training and feedback to direct reportees when required.

Minimum Qualifications/Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or closely related field

Experience

• 5+ years' experience as a graphic designer or social media analyst, preferably in the retail industry
