Associate Manager - Graphic Design

The Associate Manager – Graphic Design is responsible for creative, content, and copy support for the company Precision Media campaigns and activation.

Responsibilities

• Create onsite/offsite banners, emails, and social creative assets (static, HTML, and video formats).
• Align with ongoing campaign deadlines to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Create concepts based on given briefs reflecting the Carrefour guidelines.
• Interpret briefs including advertisement communication objectives and consider them during design approach decisions.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops managers, account managers, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
• Produce accurate outputs that meet specifications and requirements.
• Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills.
• Be creative and willing to take on new challenges, passionate about making things happen.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• 3+ years in Graphic Design/Multimedia Design, preferably in eCommerce.
• Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
• Experience in video editing based on given templates.
• Strong working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
• Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, composition, color, and proportion.
