Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the product vision and strategy for the company Retail Digital under guidance.
- Support innovation efforts by gathering data and identifying basic trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
- Contribute to specific stages of the product lifecycle, such as discovery and implementation.
- Help maintain product roadmaps and ensure they align with company goals.
- Provide support in decision-making by assisting with data analysis and basic product testing strategies like A/B testing.
- Conduct basic market research to understand market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in product discovery and data analysis to support business metrics and ROI improvements.
- Act as a supporting liaison between product development and other business units.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and assist in creating artifacts such as user stories and epics.
- Help create and maintain product documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, design, and business teams, to support product development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum Experience
- 3-4+ years of proven experience in product management within a tech or e-commerce company is highly desirable.
- Preferably 2+ years in the retail/e-Commerce business or closely related industry.
- Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and gathering feedback for improvements.
- Familiarity with customer domains such as loyalty and subscription programs is a plus.
