Responsibilities
- Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to produce comprehensive reports in English.
- Facilitate workshops, present findings, and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
- Leverage a strong understanding of affluent banking, investment products, portfolio advisory, and wealth lending concepts.
- Conduct business analysis including requirements gathering (BRS/BRD), user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, business documentation, and solution validation.
- Analyze and interpret client, portfolio, financial, operational, and performance data through strong analytical skills.
- Engage in client analytics including segmentation, persona development, and customer journey analysis.
- Develop dashboards, management reports, presentations, business cases, and implementation documentation that clearly communicate insights.
- Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, suitability requirements, conduct standards, data protection requirements, and current banking practices.
- Make sound recommendations and ensure follow-through on assigned initiatives and deliverables.
- Demonstrate personal integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and effective self-management.
- Exhibit strong planning, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization capabilities.
- Maintain a results-oriented approach while managing multiple interdependent deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management, translating complex information into clear business insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a relevant field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Affluent Banking, Retail Banking, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, Digital Banking, or Banking Transformation, preferably in a highly rated international or regional bank.
- Preferred experience supporting wealth management, investment advisory, digital wealth, client proposition, or customer journey initiatives.
- Practical experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, data analysis, performance reporting, and implementation support.
- Possession of relevant professional qualifications in business analysis, project management, investments, wealth management, or data analytics is advantageous.
