Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements to inform project objectives and outcomes.
- Conduct process mapping and design operating models that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or related coverage environments.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Banking, Business Analysis, Strategy, Transformation, Coverage, or Operating Model initiatives, preferably within a leading regional or international financial institution.
- Experience with business requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to relevant banking environments is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous.

Joining Time Frame
