Responsibilities
- Conduct business requirements gathering and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
- Design operating models that align with strategic goals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure all parties are informed and engaged in the process.
- Collaborate with teams across Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Coverage environments.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Banking, Business Analysis, Strategy, Transformation, Coverage, or Operating Model initiatives, preferably within a leading regional or international financial institution.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, operating model design, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Coverage environments is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.

- Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
