Business Development Manager

The company is looking for a Business Development Manager to be part of our growing sales force for our product. The solution is a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. Our client base has grown exponentially, and we have extended our global footprint in over 100 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently achieve the assigned target through proactive business development and sales strategies.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions to potential clients.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Based in Bahrain, the candidate must be willing to travel within the Middle East region.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
• Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements

• Strong background in IT software sales, particularly within the assigned region.
• Ready to join within 1-2 months' notice period.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC region.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent academic record with a minimum of 70% throughout.
• Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.
