Catering Business Development Consultant

About the Role
This position is focused on driving new business growth for the company by building strong client and partner relationships while crafting proposals that reflect the high quality of our catering offerings. You will have the opportunity to play a direct role in expanding our presence within both corporate and private event segments, representing the business with professionalism and valuable commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on opportunities.
• Develop tailored catering proposals and presentations to win new business.
• Identify and pursue new catering clients across corporate and private event segments.
• Build relationships with event planners, venues, and key hospitality partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in catering business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently meeting revenue targets.
• Experience selling catering services for both corporate and private events.
• Strong knowledge of catering operations, menus, and client service expectations.
• Established network with event planners, venues, and hospitality decision-makers.
• Experience writing catering proposals, delivering client presentations, and negotiating with clients or hospitality partners.
• Business-fluent English and Arabic.
• Valid authorization to work in Qatar without visa sponsorship.
