Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations and act accordingly.
- Prepare monthly invoices for other hotels, General Manager, Store, and Shop rentals.
- Prepare all journal vouchers for month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives.
- Approve various city ledger transactions before posting.
- Approve payment requests, travel expenses, employee advances, and petty cash prior to payment.
- Provide input to budget preparation and input, forecast reports, and monthly reporting to the corporate office.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong background in finance or accounting with relevant qualifications.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration with department heads and executives.
- Experience in hospitality or related industries is advantageous.
