About the Role
The Consultant is a professional advisor in their respective field of expertise, providing guidance to the business or organization and the individuals in terms of systems, processes, or overall business strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to provide expert insight and recommendations for complex situations or issues.
• Meet with management and staff to understand their requirements and recommend guidance on a range of issues from operational concerns to strategic planning.
• Conduct situational and data analysis to identify problems, improve business performance, increase profitability, or achieve specific goals.
• Present and explain findings to appropriate executives to guide them on the next steps to take for the benefit of the business at large.
• Ensure proper understanding and implementation of strategies recommended or being developed, as well as manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines within budgets.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• A great listener with the ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
• Extremely well-versed and always up to date with emerging trends in the respective area of expertise.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, may be required to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

• Minimum 5 years of total experience.
• 3 years of industry-related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is preferred.

Education
