Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, including project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resources, and budgets aligned to organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and managing risks, issues, and changes that impact project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope, budget, resources, and timelines, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, business users, developers, and external vendors, to ensure that project objectives and expectations are met.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to all stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and industry standards, including PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, and SCRUM.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Experience in program execution & delivery, cross-project coordination, and governance & compliance.
- Skills in risk, issue & dependency control, financial & resource control, vendor & contract management, and change management & adoption.
