Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to provide expert insight and recommendations for complex situations or issues.
- Meet with management and staff to understand their requirements and recommend guidance on a range of issues, from operational concerns to strategic planning.
- Perform situational and data analysis to identify problems, improve business performance, increase profitability, or achieve specific goals.
- Present and explain findings to appropriate executives to guide them on the next steps to benefit the business as a whole.
- Ensure a proper understanding and implementation of strategies recommended or being developed, managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.
Job Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong listening abilities with effective communication skills to engage with individuals across diverse disciplines.
- Up to date with emerging trends in the respective area of expertise.
- ERP knowledge, preferably with SAP functional skills, may be necessary for success in this role.
Job Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of total experience.
- At least 3 years of industry-related experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the GCC is preferred.
