What You’ll Do:

• Manage your work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience.
• Understand clients’ businesses, follow sector trends, and learn leading practices.
• Diagnose problems, conduct analyses, and develop solutions for client issues.
• Gather and interpret financial information to enhance proposed recommendations.
• Clearly articulate thoughts and ideas to instill confidence in both team and clients.
• Present ideas or cases using clear messaging and supporting data.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Recognize and leverage technology as a business enabler.
• Develop reusable assets for application in new projects.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3-4 years of consulting experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Deep knowledge of the industry.
• Proven capability to deliver complex projects.
• Experience in team development and coaching.
• Proficient IT skills and understanding of technologies as applied in business solutions.
• Core consulting skills: slide design, problem-solving, analytics, and modelling.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities with a focus on strategic thinking and organizational capability.
