About the Role
The Consultant is a professional advisor specializing in their area of expertise, providing valuable guidance to businesses and individuals regarding systems, processes, and overall strategies. This role involves conducting thorough research and analysis to deliver expert insights and recommendations for complex situations or issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to provide expert insight and recommendations for complex situations or issues.
• Meet with management and staff to understand requirements and offer guidance on a range of concerns from operational issues to strategic planning.
• Perform situational and data analysis to identify problems and improve business performance, increase profitability, or achieve specific objectives.
• Present and explain findings to relevant executives, guiding them on next steps for the benefit of the organization.
• Ensure the proper understanding and implementation of recommended strategies while managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong listening abilities with effective communication skills across diverse disciplines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in the respective area of expertise.
• ERP knowledge, preferably with SAP functional skills, may be necessary for success in this role.

Job Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of total experience.
• At least 3 years of industry-related experience.
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in the GCC region.
