Key Responsibilities
- Articulate the unique value proposition of the company as ‘the preferred partner of choice’ for enterprise asset condition & performance management across multiple tiers of solution implementation.
- Conduct full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover opportunities.
- Carry out site walkdowns and asset condition monitoring solution assessment surveys to establish a comprehensive Machinery Action Plan as applicable.
- Utilize collaborative use case workshop models during discovery and qualification to align the portfolio offer with customer pain points effectively.
- Enable solution design leveraging the company hardware & software portfolio while addressing architecture, cyber security, networking, and interfaces across multiple enterprise subsystems and product roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales Managers to identify, enable, and demonstrate value for innovative solution deployments and additional product offerings.
- Support the commercial organization with Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) specifications to serve as the Key Accounts standard buying reference.
- Assist the regional ASA Leader and Sales Team in developing and executing strategies that resonate with market trends and desired outcomes using techno-strategic levers.
- Collaborate with regional ASA, Sales, Commercial Operations, Services, Project, Engineering and Supply Chain organizations, and liaise with global experts and Centers of Excellence to assist with strategic business initiatives.
- Aid the ASA Leader in developing engineering and installation technical work scopes, schedules, and support cost estimates within your area of expertise.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations at conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant industry experience, including oil & gas in the Machinery Condition Monitoring and Asset Performance Management space, particularly in solution design, architecture, and/or deployment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing services management with a focus on solutions.
- Expertise in machinery Condition Monitoring and Protection based on vibration and dynamic data, understanding complete solution architecture from sensor to cloud/enterprise-wide digital ecosystem.
- Confidence in discussing and explaining multi-tiered system architecture and integration; experience with cloud deployment and Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of modern maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM, RBM, RAM, TPM, etc.) for plant mechanical and electrical equipment.
- The ability to describe and articulate the company Integrated Asset Management value story.
- Willingness to travel across the region, up to 50% of the time.
