CRM Functional Consultant | Sales & Services

As a CRM Functional Consultant for Sales & Services, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements, translating these into scalable CRM processes, and recommending best practices. You will also prepare business requirement documents, lead requirement sign-offs, and write user stories with acceptance criteria while conducting user training sessions and creating documentation for smooth application adoption. Furthermore, you’ll provide ongoing support, recommend report and dashboard capabilities, collaborate with the development team on system integrations, ensure solution reliability through testing, and propose enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2-5 years in a functional role with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CX, or similar.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, drive discussions, and offer suggestions in unstructured environments.
• Extensive skills in translating business requirements into process flows and user stories, with comprehensive acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage client deliverables and presentations independently.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality work.
• CRM certifications are preferred.
