As the Customer Program Manager for Qatar Airways, you will play a pivotal role in managing one of the company's largest active widebody contracts on GE90-100 & GP7200 Fleet, as well as supporting GE9x EIS readiness until regional CPM for GE9x is positioned. Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for Qatar GE90 and GP contracts
- Provide overall leadership for the execution for Qatar GE90 and GP contracts
- Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues, commercial issues and customer satisfaction
- Cross functional services team leadership managing company operational targets and Qatar fleet stability
- Function as liaison between internal organizations and Qatar on services
- Possesses specialized knowledge within the function and plays a key role in shaping strategy for the area of responsibility, including resource management and policy development
- Analyzes internal and external business challenges, leveraging insights to recommend best practices that enhance products, processes, and services
- Exercises sound judgment to address complex tasks and challenges across operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, and engineering
Requirements
- This role requires significant experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Resiliency in Conflict resolution
- Extensive experience in the company in the areas of engineering, services, customer support, or shop operation management
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
