Customer Success Account Manager

As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will be the primary delivery lead and a partner for our more strategic customers, helping them achieve the most out of Microsoft products and services. You will support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable quality solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• You will initiate conversations with customers to connect customer objectives and the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account.
• Support the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritizing engagements to address agreed-upon customer outcomes.
• Track adoption and usage of Microsoft products and work with customers to identify areas for improvement, taking action to drive usage and begin identifying potential opportunities for retention issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of customer success, solution delivery, or customer-facing consulting experience.
• OR Master’s Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 12+ years of experience in customer success or a related field with relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies.
