Responsibilities

  • You will initiate conversations with customers to connect customer objectives and the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account.
  • Support the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritizing engagements to address agreed-upon customer outcomes.
  • Track adoption and usage of Microsoft products and work with customers to identify areas for improvement, taking action to drive usage and begin identifying potential opportunities for retention issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of customer success, solution delivery, or customer-facing consulting experience.
  • OR Master’s Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: 12+ years of experience in customer success or a related field with relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies.
