About the Role In this position, you will lead the functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. This includes conducting business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of needs. You will be responsible for configuring and optimizing various Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting. Additionally, you will prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and business process documentation, while working closely with technical teams to develop customizations, integrations, and reports that enhance system functionality. You will also conduct fit-gap analyses and provide recommendations based on best practices aligned with D365 capabilities. Post-implementation, you will support data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live activities, and provide continuous improvement recommendations. Collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams is crucial for ensuring successful project delivery. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 9-12 years of ERP consulting experience with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. - Mandatory certifications: - MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations - MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance - Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes. - Experience in multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects. - Excellent stakeholder management and business communication skills. - Strong understanding of system integration, reporting, and data migration processes.
