We're looking for an exceptional Delivery Architect to join the Partner Success organization at Salesforce. You will help partners within our ecosystem create successful customer implementations by acting as a Salesforce delivery subject matter expert. You will engage with our implementation partners to help increase customer value, adoption, and minimize attrition risk. You'll build C-Level relationships with our largest and most sophisticated customers and build a network of implementation partners through delivery and technical thought leadership and mentorship.

The Delivery Architect will work across Vietnam, Thailand & the ASEAN region to identify potential risk in implementations during the project life cycle. You will provide proactive and reactive implementation and architectural direction specialized to prioritized products. Working alongside Partner Success, the Delivery Architect supports established and emerging key partners and their partner success strategies, ensuring global coverage of our risk and growth opportunities in the ecosystem.
You are a team player with a collaborative and consultative work style, able to engage with executives internally and externally to drive alignment and agreement. You will have a high level of personal accountability and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, dynamic work environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to provide implementation and technical advisory at points during the pre-sale and delivery phases of Salesforce implementations (approach, use cases, architecture, delivery plans).
- Identify risks, assess progress, and provide guidance and enhancements on implementation and architectural best practices.
- Provide point-in-time reviews of partner & customer project deliverables to assess progress and address critical issues.
- Work in partnership with Alliance and Channel teams to mitigate and help resolve red accounts and escalations for assigned partner projects.
- Provide product and partner insights to leadership as part of continuous improvement and evolution of partner success.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in consulting, technical support, account management, or project management — with Salesforce or related applications in a SaaS environment.
- Ideally, fluent in Vietnamese/Thai and English language skills.
- Working technical knowledge of Salesforce Core products, best use, and how to design, develop, and deploy.
- Professional Services environment experience, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with large scale, technologically sophisticated accounts.
- Strong communication skills to present and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level.
