Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote

The Team:
Our Infrastructure Asset Optimisation team utilizes deep industry expertise to reduce uncertainties in project development and operational costs through effective asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Director, you will:

  • Lead project workstreams, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs.
  • Engage in negotiations and forge effective partnerships.
  • Participate in industry events for network expansion and business development.
  • Analyze project data and propose actionable plans.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and guide project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in project management and business development, preferably in consulting or related industries.
  • Expertise in the infrastructure sector, with exposure to energy, public sector, or capital projects, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Language Requirements:
Proficient verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior management, clients, and colleagues are essential.
