the company is actively recruiting for the role of Director - Pricing and Profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for overall pricing evaluation and profitability functions of the company.

Role and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Evaluating pricing proposals from various segments/products owners and provide expert advice to immediate supervisor.
• Proactively interacting with the relevant product owners to suggest alternate options where the original proposal entails commercial/financial bottlenecks.
• Maintaining a reporting framework necessary to evaluate the product pricing decisions.
• Maintaining an analysis framework to ensure post-launch analysis is done for major pricing decisions in a systematic manner.
• Supporting the company’s digital initiatives by minimizing the manual processes.
• Maintaining an interactive and digital dashboards environment to provide effective information in a timely manner.
• Ensuring periodical profitability statements are available at all times at various levels (segments, services, business units, products, etc.).
• Preparing business cases for one-off strategic projects as and when needed by top management.
• Providing support to the immediate manager in meeting digitization and other strategic objectives of the company.
• Performing other tasks as advised by the immediate manager.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Telecom business acumen is a must.
