Position

The company is seeking a Director of Project Delivery and engineering expert with experience in the EMEA region. This role is highly visible and critical, responsible for leading a team of project managers to ensure effective communication and coordination between external partners (customers, general contractors, site personnel, suppliers) and internal departments (Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Field Services, and Finance). The goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure on-time product delivery from order acknowledgement to shipment.

The Director will oversee the successful execution of projects, focusing on cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction. They will guide their team in maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders involved to guarantee that customer requirements are met and the overall project experience is positive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of project managers to manage daily project requirements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle, engaging with customers, consultants, and sub-contractors.
  • Streamline processes to provide accurate project requirements to all internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance and execution of commercial controls on projects, including budgets and change orders.
  • Coach team members to understand project details and adjust work plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Field Service Department to ensure efficient handoff of projects for site works.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex situations, promoting rapid resolution through data-driven decisions.
  • Define and drive standard Project Management tools and practices.
  • Report on project status updates and sales forecasts weekly/monthly.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that promotes best practice sharing and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in power distribution and switchgear products.
  • Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, and data center infrastructure.
  • Experience delivering value projects in an M&E environment for strategic customers.
  • Strong managerial skills to motivate and guide team performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build diverse relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service and project management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
