Position

This role as a Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) is central to driving our Talent Acquisition operations, strategy, and maturity model, partnering closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners in a matrixed environment. Located within one of our main US offices (Medina, MN, Bedford, MA, Houston, TX, Austin, TX) or UK office (Reading, UK), the position follows a hybrid policy allowing for 4 in-office days and up to 1 remote day per week. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring, develop talent pipelines, oversee headcount management, and implement key projects like technology for recruiting and compliance. By enhancing collaboration with senior leaders and HR, you will support strategic hiring practices and foster external branding efforts.

To succeed in this role, a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years in recruitment, along with prior leadership experience, are required. Strong operational acumen and the ability to use analytics in guiding recruitment strategies are essential. Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams, talent mapping, and direct sourcing is highly preferred. Effective communication and organizational skills, along with a talent for building cross-functional relationships, are critical for influencing across all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this position is between $161,900.00 and $202,400.00 based on factors such as experience and performance, and the role may also be eligible for bonuses.
