About the Job: An exciting opportunity is available for a Project Controller Engineer based in Jizan at Advanced Smelting Industries Co. (ASIC), a joint venture equally owned by Tasnee. The smelter, located in the Primary and Downstream Industries Zone of Jazan City, is designed to smelt ilmenite into titanium dioxide slag and pig iron, featuring two electric arc furnaces with an annual capacity of 250,000 tonnes of slag and 125,000 tonnes of pig iron. The Project Controller Engineer is responsible for monitoring and controlling project budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure successful project delivery. This role supports the Project Development Department by providing accurate financial and scheduling oversight.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, 5 Working Days - 8 Hours per day.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project budgets.
• Track project schedules and timelines.
• Prepare and present financial and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Assist in forecasting and financial planning.
• Support continuous improvement of project control processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations for project optimization.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum Experience: 8 years of experience with a degree, or 12 years of experience with a diploma is desirable.
