EVENTS PLANNER

About the Role
The position is accountable for managing all activities and processes related to event evaluation and event management for all of the company’s internal and external events, which can occur at local, regional, and international levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic evaluation of event proposals and requests to assess the strategic value of the company’s participation.
• Plan, organize, and execute all approved events by the company, which includes exhibitions, conventions, meetings, functions, luncheons, and town halls.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of related experience, preferably in a major oil and gas company.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Skills:
  • Strong communication, diplomatic, and presentation skills.
  • Proven analytical and research capabilities.
  • High level of work ethic, professionalism, and organizational ability.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or equivalent qualifications.
