As a Manager in the Project Finance and Infrastructure Advisory team, you will work in a dynamic environment, developing your commercial capabilities with our global networks and fast-moving, emerging clients. Your role will involve advising clients on financial, procurement, strategic, and public-private partnership issues for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will support clients throughout the project lifecycle—from analysis and evaluation to procurement, financial closure, construction, and operations—helping them develop and implement financial plans and delivery strategies involving various financing sources.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients in the development and implementation of strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Play a key role in advising on feasibility, structuring, funding, and closing financing for infrastructure projects and/or procurements, including contract negotiation and project management.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of capital project/program funding, financing, and delivery mechanisms at local, state, and national levels.
- Provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams on large projects.
- Develop and mentor junior team members.

Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong knowledge of public-private partnerships (PPP), concessions, acquisitions, and project financing structures.
- Solid understanding of project financial modeling, financing markets, and the procurement and delivery of economic or social infrastructure.
- Deep industry sector experience with a proven track record in developing value frameworks across asset classes, enhancements, renewals, maintenance, and operations.
- Experience in leading innovation programs that drive the adoption of advanced tools, optimized processes, and agile strategies for portfolio asset management is highly desirable.
Qualification & Experience
- A professional qualification (MBA and/or CFA) is preferred; an engineering qualification would be an advantage.
- 6-8+ years of directly relevant work experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in a top-tier advisory firm, infrastructure service provider, developer, bank, relevant government agency, or other relevant sector experience.
- Experience in structuring and financing transactions and/or procurements and the commercial aspects of relevant project documents.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Quantitative analytical capabilities and financial modeling experience.
- Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.
