About the Role
A leading holding company specializing in the textile and garment industry is seeking to hire an experienced Fashion Design Manager. This role involves leading the fashion design team to ensure creativity is aligned with brand guidelines while developing fashion concepts that resonate with target customers and seasonal trends. The position requires a strong proficiency in fashion design management, with an emphasis on team leadership and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fashion design team, ensuring creativity and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Develop fashion concepts and collections aligned with target customers and seasonal trends.
• Research and forecast market trends and customer preferences.
• Train, guide, and support the fashion design team.
• Oversee design development, pattern making, cutting, and sample production.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards, market requirements, and commercial objectives.
• Monitor design performance and profitability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion design management.
• Experience in designing Abayas and Jalabiyas is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in fashion design and team management.
• Strong creativity with a commercial understanding of fashion trends and market demands.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, materials, cutting techniques, and garment construction.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical, technical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
