We are seeking a Finance Business Partner who operates at the intersection of Finance, Commercial, and Data. This hands-on position is ideal for an individual who enjoys understanding what drives business performance rather than merely reporting on it. You will closely collaborate with various business teams to analyze revenue, customers, subscriptions, cohorts, profitability, and operational performance, and transform data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The successful candidate will blend FP&A fundamentals with strong commercial and analytical skills, and be comfortable working with extensive business data while building models and elucidating the narratives behind the numbers.

What You'll Be Working On
- Analyze monthly business performance, revenue, profitability, and key commercial metrics.
- Own and prepare MRR bridges, covering new business, expansion, contraction, churn, and other revenue movements.
- Conduct cohort analysis to comprehend customer behavior, retention, revenue contribution, and trends over time.
- Evaluate subscription and customer economics, including retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and other relevant KPIs.
- Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to identify business drivers, opportunities, or risks.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and clearly articulate key movements and drivers behind the numbers.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for new initiatives and business decisions.
- Create dashboards and automated reporting for easier access to financial and commercial insights.
- Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to enhance data quality, reporting, and automation.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive finance and reporting tasks.
- Conduct ad hoc commercial and financial analysis for business and finance leadership.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Business Analysis, Revenue Analytics, Management Accounting, or a similar role.
- Experience in subscription, SaaS, e-commerce, food-tech, retail, marketplace, or other data-driven businesses is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus, but not required.

Strong Technical & Analytical Skills
- Solid understanding of MRR / revenue movements and subscription economics.
- Hands-on experience with cohort analysis, retention, churn, and customer/revenue analysis.
- Remarkable financial modeling and business case development skills.
- Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets competency.
- Proficient in working with large datasets and converting data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar is advantageous.
- Experience with SQL or collaboration with Data teams is an asset.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot is a bonus.
