Your key responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of managers, senior managers, directors, and/or partners to execute restructuring, liquidation, and insolvency procedures as required.
- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships, ensuring high-quality work and managing risks by escalating issues as appropriate.
- Prepare analysis and reports to support engagements and contribute to presenting findings to clients.
- Work effectively as a team member, communicating updates and progress to senior team members.
- Demonstrate professionalism while engaging with a range of stakeholder groups and management teams.
- Participate in onboarding new clients and manage ongoing engagements within budget.
- Build strong internal relationships within SaT and across other services.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Possession or active pursuit of an internationally recognized professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, CA, CPA) or service line relevant certification (e.g., recognized insolvency qualification).
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar position, specifically with experience in restructuring and common law liquidations at a “Big 4” or boutique restructuring/insolvency firm.
- Demonstrated leadership and business development skills.
- High commercial acumen with awareness of key industry drivers.
- Proficiency in detailed financial analysis and the ability to identify sensitivities.
Ideally, you may also have
- Awareness of risks in advising distressed businesses and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current market issues in financial services.
- Experience on project-based teams solving complex issues.
