Global Program Manager

We’re looking for experienced project managers to help our customers advance their strategies and invest more in social media as a business driver. As a Global Program Manager based in Doha, you will lead a strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery alongside a dedicated team. This on-site role requires working full-time from the client site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage one strategic enterprise program, coordinating the team and controlling program scope, change control processes, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Partner with consulting teams, leaders, and internal departments or regional teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
• Report on project status and manage program risks and issues effectively.
• Set a high standard for team quality and strive for excellence in all delivery aspects.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing enterprise SaaS programs, particularly for government or public-sector clients.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior public-sector stakeholders while managing daily interactions onsite.
• Experience working with multi-geo, multicultural teams and delivering large-scale projects in a complex environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, project management expertise, and ability to influence without direct reporting relationships.
• Fluency in English is necessary, with Arabic highly desirable.
• Certifications in Project Management (Prince2, PMP, SCRUM, etc.) and Agile project management experience are a plus.
