The role involves designing and producing marketing materials that reflect the brand's image and style to drive hotel revenue. You will collaborate with marketing managers and operational departments to provide design solutions for various deliverables. The position requires maintaining an understanding of customer demographics to develop appropriate promotional materials and event-related collateral. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, maintaining project files and archives, and ensuring effective communication with the marketing and project teams regarding ongoing projects and status updates. Additionally, you will execute aspects of production including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including advertisements, collateral, signage, electronic brochures, and presentations.
- Partner with marketing managers and operational departments for project collaborations.
- Maintain project files and archives; monitor the progress of all projects.
- Provide continuous communication regarding project status updates to the marketing and project teams.
- Execute production aspects such as printing, scanning, and image editing.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Anticipate and address guest service needs and maintain positive relationships with team members.
- Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Graphic Design.
- Related Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of Graphic Design experience.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License or Certification: None required.
