Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding of fund, SPV, and corporate structures, which includes documentation, KYC/AML requirements, and internal approvals.
- Act as the central coordination point among clients, internal teams, and external service providers such as legal professionals, auditors, banks, and sharia advisors.
- Assist in the structuring discussions for various funds, corporate vehicles, and special purpose structures.
- Support the development and refinement of regional service offerings, including fund administration, corporate services, governance, and family office solutions.
- Track pipeline activity and facilitate internal coordination to progress opportunities from initial discussions through the onboarding process.
Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in fund administration, corporate services, professional services, consulting, or financial services, ideally in a client-facing or onboarding role.
- Understanding of fund and corporate structures, including open-ended funds, closed-ended funds (PE/VC), SPVs, and holding companies.
- Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and regulatory documentation.
- Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or client pitches is preferred.
- Interest in or exposure to Islamic finance and Sharia-compliant structures is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PC skills including Word, Excel, and Macros in Excel is required.
- Proactive approach with a strong ability to drive initiatives forward.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly to meet client demands.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to multi-task and operate effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex issues.
- A management style that focuses on motivating and developing staff skills and capabilities.
