About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing the "Lead to Order" process for inquiries related to Spare Parts & Services. This role involves proactively identifying upselling opportunities, investigating the parts required, submitting quotations, and ensuring accurate pricing and availability through the usage of our ERP and associated systems. You will play a key role in maintaining effective communication with customers and the sales team, managing open quotes, and supporting order fulfillment progression.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the "Lead to Order" process for Spare Parts & Services inquiries.
- Proactively identify and capture upselling opportunities.
- Investigate and identify parts required, submitting quotations as needed.
- Check parts availability, ensuring correct pricing for quotations.
- Monitor open quotes weekly, maintain communication with customers and the sales team to secure orders.
- Register orders in the ERP system and provide corresponding purchase orders to suppliers.
- Utilize the CRM tool and other relevant tools to support the sales process.
- Follow up on order fulfillment progress with the Order Handling team.
- Maintain customer contact information and equipment details in the Installed Base.
- Assist sales team members with spare parts-related information.
- Identify service opportunities within the existing customer base and Installed Base.
- Generate, qualify, and develop leads for the service business.
Experience:
- 4 to 6 years in a relevant field.

- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or B.Tech.
