IT Project Manager - Banking

We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. The incumbent is primarily responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring a portfolio of IT projects from initiation to closing and ensuring that these projects are delivered on schedule as per the strategy plan.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing IT projects in banking and financial services.
• Bachelor’s Degree; Certification in Project Management (PMI); MBA or Master's Degree is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and financial management skills.
• Self-driven with well-developed leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability and willingness to learn and adapt.
