Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of the monthly priorities sheet for the Key Accounts team and organize monthly sector meetings.
- Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, aiming for the expansion of the customer base, width, and breadth.
- Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with all Key Accounts.
- Report on market and competitive activities to ensure excellence in market execution.
- Review and analyze sales achievements by customer, salesman, and agency.
- Review sales priorities and allocate promotions by customer.
- Spend 75% of time in the market engaging with clients.
- Ensure that the sales team is equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their sales objectives.
- Ensure that collection and credit facilities for all accounts adhere to company policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player and results-oriented.
- Creative thinker with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong personality; self-confident with high leadership potential qualities.
- Proficient in operating MS Office applications.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
